REALLY!?!

Are we really almost have way through July already? Really!?! Why oh why do the summer months have to fly by so fast? I feel like we've really been jipped this season, especially here in Chicago, and I'm not ready to give it up yet. It's not really summer for me until I step outside at 11 p.m. and it's still just as hot and humid as it was at 1 p.m. in the afternoon.

12 year old Willow Smith sings about a summer fling. Really!?! I mean really, where do I even start with this one? You want to know what I was doing when I was 12? Not singing songs about summer flings. Because my summer flings were Dilly Bars from DQ. When she sings, "it's just a couple months, but we do it anyway," that would have been me referring to the fact that I didn't shower during the summer as a 12 year old. Hey c'mon, I was in the pool or lake every day, that totally counts.

This is what 12 year olds are supposed to look like. You want to know what I'm scared of in this photo? Probably a summer fling.

So Justin Bieber touched the Stanley Cup, huh? Really? I understand that Biebs is a little girly boy who doesn't deserve to lick the sweat off of a Blackhawk's jersey and all... but to my knowledge don't drunk assholes in Wrigleyville get to touch the cup pretty frequently? I was under the impression the Cup gets paraded around bars all over the city thus letting any Tom, Dick, and Justin who happen to come across it a chance to take a photo with it and therefore touch it... Am I wrong here?

I have more of a problem with what he's wearing more than anything. And how did I miss the fact there's a Bieber #6 on the Blackhawks? Talk about a coincidence.

So we're all excited George Clooney is single again, right? But seriously, really? I'm a huge Clooney fan, let me just put that out there. But I'm also a fan of people living loud and proud, if you catch my drift. Clooney is as straight as Tom Cruise. Isn't it time we all stop pretending and set him up with Anderson Cooper 360 already? Really though.

Has Princess Kate really not had her baby yet? Really!?! I'm starting to feel like she's pulling a Jessica Simpson on us. Hasn't she been pregnant for over a year now? Maybe royal babies take longer to bake? I don't know.

I'm just worried if she doesn't give birth soon Pippa is going to pull a Pippa on her and swoop in and have a baby first and steal all her thunder. Whilst wearing the white dress, no less. See how I just used whilst there? I heard the British like to use that word so I thought it seemed fitting.

Lastly, in looking for another story for today, I came across this on MSN. com.

Hot off the presses, people! Mama June still eats what she wants! Really!?! Really!?!?!!?!? Well I never would have guessed. Good for you, June Bug. Don't you dare let Hollywood change you one bit. It's easy to eat the poisonous apple of vanity, and I for one was worried June might fall under its spell. Glad to see she's not giving in. Not. One. Bit.
