A little bit of our day thus far...
Waking up with this view outside of our window didn't suck.
Waking up to the rooster next door, however, did suck.
This is our humble abode for the next week. Feels just like home.
Especially when we were woken up in the middle of the night to a pack of wild barking dogs nearby. I figured it was either Cruella Devil or Amanda Knox outside my window waiting to kill me. And I was scared.
After we survived the night, our crew ventured out to Siena for the day.
It was cool. And pretty damn steep. No wonder Europeans are so skinny.
After roughly 16 minutes we decided we needed a break. And some vino.
And pizza.
We touristed it up after our lunch and took some shots at this "little" church.
And a few at this torture chamber.
Killer boots, dude. ... That was a terrible pun.
Last stop for the day was a vineyard/wine cellar at a church dated back to the 1200's.
I wish my basement was full of barrels of wine.
Because we're mature like that...
"That's a cool wall. Pinterest, idea?!" -Zach.
Chris looks so Italiano.
So far, this trip has been pretty amazing. If you're one of those people who say "I've always wanted to go to Tuscany..." Then go. Find a way to make it happen.
In the meantime, happy St. Patrick's Day! I haven't had a green beer yet. But I'm okay with it. It's been a pretty good day.
